The hajj simulation programme for children by Salvation Islamic School & college was held on 8 June 2024 at the school campus. This meaningful program was attended by the children and followed by teachers, guides and management team of SISC. The main objective of this simulation programme was to introduce the rituals and significance of Hajj. The aim of this simulation is also to educate young Muslims of the importance of the Hajj and remove any fear or anxiety when they perform the actual rites around the crowded Kabah.
Students learned about the essential practices, the reasons Allah (SWT) has ordained Hajj, and the mandatory knowledge required for this sacred journey. Teachers helped to experience the Hajj through hands-on activities.
Furthermore, this programme is very important since Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam. Equally important as we know, it must be fulfilled by those who are capable.
A special congratulations to all teachers, children and all management staff who are directly or indirectly involved. The children were so excited. It would not be possible without the cooperation of the parents. A big thanks to the parents.
May almighty Allah help us to perform the practical Hajj at Least once in a lifetime. Amin.
